Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the customer structure, build a rich customer array, do a good job in customer service, and achieve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
  • Develop the relationship with Retailers Merchant and Product Team etc., and be familiar with all the details about the cooperation with the Retailer Private Label requirement;
  • Experienced at the market competition of different categories products, and make the product strategies and Product proposal for the retailer customer;
  • Integrate platform resources, reach cooperation with local market benchmark customers, and enhance the company's market competitiveness and industry influence;
  • Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the North America market business strategies on the Retailers;


Qualifications:


  • Team player with an extremely positive attitude and flexibility in fast-paced environment;
  • Accountable for results, with excellent follow-through;
  • Comfortable working with CRM system to capture contact, company and activity-based information;
  • 3+ years' experience in the Retailer's Private Label Business;
  • Existing top-to-top relationships with Retailer Merchant, and its product manager and the sourcing office;
  • Ability to manage a large set of accounts and prioritize activities for highest impact;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and trade events.
  • Able to build and achieve sales forecast;
  • Excel at developing new leads from plan to close;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
