Senior Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Manager PCS Recruitment Services, serves as the primary point of contact for University Hospital and performs a variety of Recruitment services at the professional level. Provides comprehensive support, directly or indirectly to designated departments in recruitment and retention of critical talent, continuous performance coaching and management, pro-active issue/problem identification and resolution, and coaching and development for more effective leadership decision and communication skills. Performs effective recruitment activities and functions as a business liaison and information resource for benefits to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services through the Patient Care Services Department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with three (3) years of experience in the field or in a related area required. SPHR or PHR Certification highly preferred. Strong communications and interpersonal skills; excellent oral and written skills; strong team and customer service orientation; and must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with practices, policies, procedures, regulations, or government laws. Ability to work proactively on an independent basis. Must be PC Literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Equivalent educational, experience and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirement.
