Job Description

Job Title:Sr. Project Manager

Location:Baltimore,Maryland (Hybrid)

Job description:

Main thing manager is looking for is enterprise level experience managing financial projects and excellent communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

Professional skills:

  • Experience with business process improvement approaches (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) •
  • Strong knowledge of the PMBOK
  • Demonstrated fluency with both waterfall and agile project management, as well as the SDLC
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint • Fluency with Microsoft Project or similar project management software.

Education:• College degree

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in the financial industry •
  • Minimum 5 years managing teams of project professionals and large matrixed teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Minimum 10 years as a project or program manager, managing projects in excess of $5M

Soft skills

  • Ability to work well with diverse teams (differing backgrounds, business and technical areas, experience, and geography)
  • Human-centric approach to change management.
  • Insatiable intellectual curiosity• Superlative communication, both verbal and written (textual and visual)

Principal Responsibilities:
