Senior Project Manager

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Project Manager , are to:

• Support and help lead development, improvement and maintenance of Project Execution Process;
• Presentation and communication of project related tasks to peers, project manager, group leadership, senior engineering leadership for overall coordination;
• Responsible for large team performing project design and close out documentation as part of engineering task deliverable per the engineering execution process;
• Consistent alignment with site leads to ensure strong network and project progress.
• Lead and/or supervise, as a project team member, large complex projects with little to no supervision;
• Present periodic Global Engineering/Business Partners’ project reviews to update progress on project;
• Develop project scopes, including alternatives and cost-benefit analysis as needed;
• Clear communications with business partners and site leads;
• Plan, organize, document and supervise project from inception to completion and closure while directing others;

Required Qualifications:

• Good interpersonal skills such as communication, listening, verbal and assertiveness with ability to influence;
• Good Analytical and problem solving (decision making) skills;
• Results driven with ability to manage ambiguity.
• Good organizational and presentation skills at a leadership level;
• Collaborative team player capable of working well with people across all hierarchies internally and externally, including leadership in a culture that values inclusion & diversity;
• 7 years’ experience minimum;
• B.S. or M.S. Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Ag Mechanization, or comparable Agricultural Technology or Engineering degree
