Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions (WCTS) is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) as it addresses updating its current training. You will be helping improve training processes and oversight through the development of strategic policies and procedures.

Work Location: Hybrid split between Fredericksburg, VA and Remote.

Travel: N/A

Start Date: September 28, 2023

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000

The overall contract involves:

• Development of a comprehensive policy for VHA that ensures the oversight and standardization of all developed training;
• Review ILEAD internal procedures and provide recommendations for development or revisions to procedures to ensure compliance with VHA Policy once approved;
• Administrative and project management support.
• Process development (to include governance and execution framework), quality metric measurement, and recommendation of monitoring tools and systems;
• Training Support, Implementation Planning, and Documentation;
• Communications and Outreach to support the change management effort and transition;

The Senior Policy Analyst will add the capability of:

• Identification of alternatives,
• White paper development,
• Development of policy review papers,
• Analysis of specific issues,
• Other analytical tasks focused on VA policy.
• Development of policy directives and handbooks, and

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree or greater
• At least 8 years’ experience
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• VHA or Medical Experience
• US Citizen
• Clearance: National Agency Check (NAC) or higher or Clearable
