Compensation
$20 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:Design, produce and schedule all print advertisements, marketing materials, flyers, mailers, and brochuresDevelop promotional and branding graphics for use across social media platforms and email campaignsCreate effective marketing solutionsMaintain Brand Identity by following trademark standardsReview all designs for errors before printing or publishingPresent design ideas and collaborate with team membersIncorporate changes and recommendations into marketing materials, as neededQualifications:Proven work experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the real estate industry or related fieldProficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Suite, and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of real estate industry trends and target audience preferences is a plusAbility to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlinesStrong proofreading, spelling, grammar and punctuation skillsExceptional interpersonal communication skillsSuperior problem-solving and follow-up skillsAttention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentTime management and strong organizational skillsVideo editing and animation skills, a plusAbout Company
