Senior Manufacturing Engineer — Aerospace (Paid Relocation)

Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing manufacturing packages for classified and complex defense assemblies. You will be responsible for:

• Ensure adherence to documentation standards, customer requirements, and maintain meticulous traceability records.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and team members, providing technical insights, resolving system malfunctions, and implementing efficient operating procedures.
• Develop comprehensive manufacturing documents, such as drawings, models, assemblies, and work instructions, to guide the production process effectively.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive the development of innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Expertly read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
• Create the entire manufacturing process, including material selection, work-holding techniques, machining strategies, finishing processes, and more.

Requirements:

• Prior exposure to the Epicor ERP System is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aerospace OEM specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• A demonstrated ability to create and adhere to standards while engineering efficient solutions.
• Experience with multi-axis milling of titanium, showcasing your mastery of machining complex materials.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role within a heavily documented and specification-centric industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Solidworks, including modeling and drawing.
