The Senior Manager, HRBP will lead, manage and develop a team of HRBPs and Senior HRBPs in support of the strategy execution for the assigned business unit. This position is responsible for leading the team of HR Business Partners that will be providing HR partnership to managers and directors focusing on the work environment, employee relations, employee retention and business processes through the execution of the business unit HR strategy. The Sr Manager, HR Business Partner will lead the team that performs needs analysis to identify gaps in areas of compensation, talent, recruiting and change management and partners with Senior HR Leaders and subject matter experts to deliver solutions to meet the needs of their assigned business unit. They possess a solid understanding of all HR functions and works with business managers, directors and/or HR Leaders in areas such as employee relations, compensation, and performance management.

What you will do

You will lead, manage and develop a team of HR Business Partners in support of the strategy execution for the assigned business unit. This position is responsible for leading the HR team that will be providing HR partnership to managers focusing on the work environment, employee relations, employee retention and business processes through the execution of the business unit HR strategy. The Manager, HR Business Partner will lead the team that performs needs analysis to identify gaps in areas of compensation, talent, diversity, recruiting and change management and partners with Senior HR Leaders and subject matter experts to deliver solutions to meet the needs of their assigned business unit. They possess a solid understanding of all HR functions and works with business clients and/or HR Leaders in areas such as employee relations, compensation, and performance management.

Human Resources Expertise

  • Implements change based on proven change management techniques.
  • Serves as subject-matter expert to business unit managers and directors and team of HR and Sr HR Business Partners.

Relationship Management

  • Facilitates difficult interactions among organizational stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes; resolves escalated conflicts among stakeholders.

Business Acumen

  • Leads a team of HR Business Partners who execute HR business strategies to drive key business results; provides guidance on HR matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions.

Consultation

  • Ensures solutions are aligned with business unit HR strategy and advocates for solution implementation.
  • Coaches managers and directors on HR and business-related issues.

Leadership

  • Provide overall management and leadership to team of HR and Sr Business Partners. Implements and delivers solutions and interventions that address issues of retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriate.

What you need

  • Previous HR or role-related experience required
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or additional 6+ years equivalent work experience required
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment and in multiple HR disciplines or client groups preferred
  • 5+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
  • 10+ years of work experience required

$147,400 - $220,500 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
