Job Description

McKinley is looking for Senior Maintenance Technicians to join their Orlando teams! We currently own apartment communities in the Orlando area! Our Techs are assigned to one property within 30 minutes of their residence.

Our Senior Maintenance Technicians are among the experts on the team. Candidates must be heavily experienced and take pride in the work that they do.


Compensation:

  • Hourly pay up to $28 per hour. Exact pay rate will be evaluated based on skill and time in the field.
  • Eligible for $200.00 On Call Bonus
  • Eligible for benefits (after waiting period) that include: Health, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Short/long term disability, 401k, flexible spending accounts, lease discounts, pet insurance, legal shield, 8.5 paid holidays, generous PTO, and more

Job Requirements:

  • Participate in On Call Rotation
  • Have regular access to personal vehicle
  • Valid Driver License
  • At least 8 years of property maintenance experience
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems with little supervision
  • Ability to walk, stand, knee, crouch, climb ladder, lift 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable with plumbing, electrical and appliance repair
  • MUST have amazing customer service skills
  • Prepare vacant units for next resident
  • Holds EPA Universal Certification
