The Role You’ll Play to Create Success

We are happy to announce a full-time Maintenance Technician position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by performing various building and grounds maintenance functions.

• Replaces washers, faucets, and seals on malfunctioning plumbing equipment, repair leaky faucets and clean clogged drains, and install and repair sprinklers.
• Performs scheduled safety check of facility systems such as elevators, generators, and fire systems to maintain a safe environment.
• Covers for security and mailroom as needed.
• Assists in stocking, unloading, delivering of supplies, and with maintaining security of property.
• Maintains monthly inspection and maintenance of building and HVAC roof motors and fans and replace as needed.
• Performs a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services including, but not limited to: light blub changes, caulking, filter changes, painting, lock repairs, fountain maintenance, install/repair window coverings, preventative maintenance, HVAC repairs, carpet cleaning, and painting.
• Flexible to work weekly overtime and overnights after training.
• Performs other duties including but not limited to waste disposal, emptying recycling bins, stocking break rooms, policing the grounds, cubical remodeling and furniture moves, and set-up and tear-down of company functions.
• Responds to facilities requests.
• Operates an automobile to transport mail and other packages to the U.S. Post Office.

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include knowledge of Federal, state, and local regulations and building codes including OSHA regulations. Knowledge of general principles and techniques of plumbing, wood finishing, painting, electricity, carpentry, and grounds keeping. High school education or equivalent, one (1) year of facilities maintenance experience and a valid Florida driver’s license required.
