Senior Land Development Project Manager

Company & Position Overview

• Lead design of projects including signing and sealing documents as the responsible engineer in charge.
• Lead Civil / Site Development Projects (Subdivisions, Industrial Parks & more)
• Plan, coordinate and direct design activities to ensure goals and objectives of all projects are accomplished within the prescribed scheduling, budget and funding parameters.
• Engineering Consultant based out of North Carolina with a strong backlog of work and history of success.
• Contribute to business development with new and existing clients.
• Responsible for developing project scope, fees for services, negotiation of contracts for agreements of engineering services, project budgeting, project scheduling and client communication.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Existing licensure as a Professional Engineer with the ability to become licensed in North Carolina within three (3) months of hire.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of civil / site design experience
• 3+ years demonstrating progressive experience in the management of engineering projects.
• AutoCAD – Civil 3D experience preferred.
