5+ years of experience managing and executing programs or in a project management role.

Work closely with the Senior Director and team members in program management support and development by:

Necessary Knowledge and Skills Required

Experience managing projects using Google Suite, Airtable, Jira or other software, and exposure to using Miro or other digital whiteboarding tools.

Train a designated employee to perform these duties in the finance and insurance manager's absence.

Nurture productive working relationships with multiple finance sources, and pursue competitive finance programs and interest rates through current and new lenders.

Convert cash transactions to finance.

Secure finance approval by accurately preparing finance/lease transactions through finance sources.

Develop a system to yield 100% turnover to the finance and insurance department.

Manage insurance files, and pursue new insurance companies for insurance paper.

Provide site inspections to identify project status, progress and risk management.

Coordinate with agencies for permitting (Utilities, DHEC, etc.), insurance, assurance and close-out requirements and closeout NOT

Manage project budget, in coordination with the Land Admin review field purchase orders and provide reporting.

Manage site erosion control program

Review permitting ordinances per municipalities.

Prepare Starts Meetings and NOI for land development.

Minimum of 2-4 years related experience such as civil engineering project management, field engineering, land development management, etc.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Monitor bond and permit status reports and assist Construction Managers with the release of project bonds.

Professional certifications preferred (i.e., PE, PLA, AICP)

Knowledge of planning, entitlement, and permitting processes in MD, DC and VA

Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

5+ years portfolio management, real estate, or office management experience

Previous experience as a contract manager.

Knowledge of real estate transaction process

Ability to effectively communicate internal process requirements to various audiences (e.g. internal and external stakeholders, etc.).

Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, internet applications

3+ years demonstrating progressive experience in the management of engineering projects.

10+ years of civil / site design experience

AutoCAD – Civil 3D experience preferred.

Engineering Consultant based out of North Carolina with a strong backlog of work and history of success.

Lead Civil / Site Development Projects (Subdivisions, Industrial Parks & more)

Lead design of projects including signing and sealing documents as the responsible engineer in charge.
