DePuy Synthes, A Johnson & Johnson company, is recruiting for a Senior Inventory Analyst to be located in Mooresville, Indiana . This will be an onsite role.

The Senior Inventory Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the inventory within the Mooresville Distribution Center. leading system related projects and initiatives within the CLS Distribution network.

The position will be responsible for daily monitoring of daily system stabilization and alignment to ensure data are in sync and discrepancies are resolved. This position will be responsible for maintaining an aligned inventory record between ERP(s), WMS and WCS systems. They will monitor, report, and resolve iDOC’s, ensuring inventory is available for all deliveries physically processed and shipped in the distribution centers, fully process through the system through invoicing. This individual will be responsible for Exception Handling; establishing processes to maintain and modify system records to insure accurate records and transactions.

The Inventory Analyst (DTL) will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Provide analytics and data analysis to support supply chain performance goals.
  • Assist with master data tracking, sharing and maintenance.
  • Review, resolve and remediate iDoc errors in a timely fashion (daily) to insure an aligned inventory record and accurate revenue recognition.
  • Maintaining inventory synchronization between Order Management, Warehouse Management and Warehouse Control systems.
  • Acts as a liaison (interact, facilitate, and network) between all levels of management, across multiple organizations/functions, both domestic and international, for assigned products to drive supply chain management for products within defined scope.
  • Other related duties as required.
  • Timely investigation and resolution of issues that occur with data involving inventory.
  • Monitoring daily the interfaces; checking for iDoc errors for stock movements, inbound deliveries, outbound deliveries, and returns.
  • Benchmark and Evaluate distribution inventory processes and technology solutions and improvements.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS), Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Master's degree in any field is required; degree concentration in Business, Logistics, or Engineering is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Work with a sense of urgency
  • Minimum 2-year Experience with inventory reconciliation, order filling/processing and warehousing/distribution order fulfillment and iDoc errors processing is required.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, be self-directed and lead change efforts
  • Operations knowledge of warehouse management systems (Blue Yonder), SAP, and transportation systems within the Medical Device business is required.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Excel (including using formulae and automation where applicable), PowerPoint, Word, Access, Visio, Project, and Outlook is required.
  • The ability to communicate and interact effectively across internal departments
  • Comfortable with learning different software/solutions
