JOB TITLE: Senior Functional Consultant
HRS/WK: 40 hours
SALARY: $110,000 per year
JOB DUTIES: Perform advanced configuration and customization of the Dynamics 365 solution, test functionalities, create workflows and oversee security roles/privileges to meet cross functional requirements. Create requirements documents, fit-gap analysis, test plans, training materials, and oversee product backlogs. Lead discussions with the client and project teams. Lead train-the-trainer sessions for the configured client solution. Work with clients to develop new business processes that leverage D365CE best practices. Provide advice to client key users who are responsible for managing and delivering CRM related services to their teams. Conduct meetings/workshops with subject matter experts and other stakeholders. Use proven methodologies to deliver successful projects, including industry best practices.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3 months of experience in job offered or as Intern.
EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business or Management.
