Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be a functional expert in retirement income market trends and partner with senior management in assessing opportunities, shaping product strategy/innovation, and building best practices.
  • Bring significant knowledge and experience in the field of retirement income strategies and processes
  • Work on Peoplesoft HCM 9.x HCM. Should have good understanding of Personnel administration, Base benefits and NA Payroll. Experience in Pensions would be an advantage
  • Using depth of experience, act as the operational focal point in getting new propositions, requiring significant cross-functional resources, from concept stage to successful execution;
  • Understand and configure pension plans in Peoplesoft, review Calcs, compare with previous pay cycles


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 10 years in pensions with 5+ years in Peoplesoft HCM
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Legal, or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Highly advanced collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships across a variety of business functions and levels
  • Highly advanced relationship building skills, specifically in relation to key external relationships for the business channel
  • Expert level analytical and problem-solving skills: curious, innovative, flexible approach
  • Work onsite in Albany, NY for 2 days in a week
  • Highly advanced persuasion skills when working with internal and external partners to resolve complex, financially significant issues/problems
  • High level of initiative and a desire to “get things done”
  • NOTE: Minimum of 10 years in pensions with 5+ years in Peoplesoft HCM
  • A structured, operational mindset: hands-on where required and a pragmatic approach to initiatives in differing parts of the business and functions
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Candidate must be ready with H1 for this onsite work in US for the 2 years
