Senior Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary

This individual will help drive our business strategy by providing insightful analytics and forecasting for assisting with strategic business decisions. This role will partner with our executive management team to support the achievement of growth goals in same-store, De Novo, and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and forward-thinking with extensive budgeting and forecasting experience. This is a hybrid remote opportunity. Ideal candidates will reside in the PNW or Nashville, TN and will report to the Chief Financial Officer, who resides in Nashville.

Job Duties

• Build clear and reliable predictive forecast model to support strategic initiatives
• Report trends and developments in the market and present reports to senior leadership
• Reporting and training development for Accounting team
• Manage financial analysis projects such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments
• Identify business challenges and propose solutions where necessary
• Provide FP&A support to executive management
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in reviewing budgets and prior-year expenses
• Financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
• Create reports and presentations that provide insightful financial analysis as it relates to future business decisions

Requirements

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects and influence others through effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to quickly produce ad-hoc reporting
• 3-4 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

Preferences

• MBA and/or CPA
• Healthcare industry experience
