Company Description
- Manage the proposal function and be accountable for sales proposals.
- Identifying the most valuable and effective channels and content formats for sales collateral to support customers, sellers, and sales management.
- Responsible for product and sales training.
- Develop inside sales lead flow processes.
- Delivering sales tools, a sales enablement platform, and providing ongoing training to help save time and improve efficiencies.
- Defining clear expectations for the sales enablement program by setting goals and KPIs that align with segment sales goals.
- Structuring cross-functional collaboration, with clear feedback loops, between all customer facing teams (not just marketing and salespeople)
- Perform win-loss analyses and develop action plans to improve win ratios.
- Manage solution consultants, perform sales demos, facilitate complex sales.
- Responsible for sales rep onboarding.
- Proficiency in sales tools (CRM, ABM, sales navigator, Hubspot, Salesforce, prospecting tools, etc.)
- Experience in partnering with marketing teams and managing lead flows
- Experience with, and understanding of, best practices around sales cycles, methodologies, and processes
- Experience implementing and managing inside sales processes
- Experience building learning materials and training programs, especially with training and coaching sellers or other customer-facing teams
- Healthcare or software sales experience
- Experience developing sales proposals and RFP responses
- Knowledge of how to establish and support the buyer and customer journey
- Healthcare experience preferred
- An understanding of strategies for business growth, as well as standard KPIs
- Strong communications and leadership skills
- 5+ years' experience in a Sales Enablement and/or Sales Support role
- Ability to interpret insights from data, having strong analytical skills, and an ability to balance data driven and user-provided feedback
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
- Healthcare technology experience
