Job Description

GNR has been “confidentially” retained to identify an experienced SENIOR DIRECTOR of OPERATIONS to lead this $100M division of a large, publicly owned DEFENSE / AEROSPACE manufacturing organization in the Chicago region.


This is a “highly visible” role with a rapid succession plan in place = take over as GM in 6-9 months!!


We’re looking for an individual experienced with Aerospace / Defense Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical Engineering / CNC Machining requirements.


You need strong business Finance (FAR / DFAR) & Operations leadership to develop long-term growth plans.




REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience managing Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical Engineering / CNC Machining
  • Minimum $50M P&L experience & budgeting
  • Experienced with FAR / DFAR / IFRS requirements
  • US Citizenship required
