Senior Director Of Marketing

Due to an internal promotion, our client is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead a hugely talented team with full upstream and downstream responsibility. There will be a focus on developing talent, creating a high-performance culture, and pushing the product portfolio to be the best in the industry. It's a highly influential role that requires a forward-thinking leader with personal ambitions to grow.

What are the required credentials?

• Motivation to work in a high-performance environment.
• A track record leading a high-performance team (ideally 5+ people but this is flexible)
• Proven experience working with spinal hardware
• Expertise in the spinal medical device sector is essential
• 5+ years experience leading marketing strategy in medical devices (spine strongly preferred)

This role will require an on-site leader with flexibility on hybrid working. A history of working in the spine space is essential. Relocation assistance can be provided.
