Flow Therapy is looking for an experienced and passionate marketing leader who has a proven track record in building and executing marketing plans for high-growth organizations. The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication initiatives to support and promote Flow Therapy’s brand, services, and overall patient experience as well as the advancement of knowledge of EECP therapy.


This candidate will report to the CEO and collaborate closely with other business leaders in the organization to achieve Flow Therapy’s business objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO


Lead the development and execution of the Strategic Marketing Plan for Flow Therapy in coordination with the budgeting process and including, at a minimum, the following elements:


Brand Management and Awareness

  • Support Successful New Clinic Openings: Build community engagement and communication strategies to support the success of new Flow Therapy Clinic openings.
  • Utilize the Word of Mouth: Develop a plan to elevate the “voice of the patient” to build awareness and education around Flow Therapy’s benefits and patient experience.
  • PR and Media Communications: Drive awareness and manage brand reputation through overseeing press and media activities including but not excluding media pitch development, narrative development, media target review, and vendor/agency management.
  • Digital Brand Management: Leverage best practices in PPC, SEO, email campaigns, and social media experience to drive awareness and interest in Flow Therapy (EECP).
  • Website Management: Maintain and improve the existing Flow Therapy web presence, including the optimization of user flows, content, and conversion opportunities.


Patient Acquisition, Experience, and Communication

  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote Flow Therapy’s positioning and messaging; integrated across marketing channels.
  • Patient/Product Experience: Identify ways to improve the patient care experience and or the physician referral experience and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to implement improvements.
  • Improve Patient Conversion: Execute a seamless, patient-facing Flow Therapy education experience across multiple channels. Including the identification of all touchpoints along the patient journey and developing a highly personal and timely communication plan and programs to keep patients engaged.


Physician and Healthcare Marketing

  • Oversee an evergreen event strategy to engage and educate the healthcare community and strengthen the perception of EECP.
  • Build a strategy to work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) including identifying speaker opportunities and the organization of a Flow Therapy Advisory Board.
  • Develop programs to train and educate physicians and other healthcare professionals on the benefits of Flow Therapy (EECP).


Sales Enablement

  • Market Positioning and Sales Enablement: Thoroughly understand the cardiology and EECP landscape and provide the sales organization with appropriate positioning, tools, scientific literature, and programing to execute the core aspects of their job more effectively.
  • Work closely with the sales team to garner feedback and evolve programs, training, and tools as needed.


WHERE YOU’LL WORK


Flow Therapy is based in Fort Worth, Texas. This role operates in multiple locations, including from a remote setting, in the office, and at the clinical level. Some travel is required for this role.

Education and Experience

  • Previous experience in all aspects of marketing essential; specifically in marketing in fast-paced high-growth companies and supporting brands that are breaking the status quo.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Prior experience developing and/or identifying new work processes that will have broad applicability throughout the company; contributing ideas for improving work processes and achieving organizational goals; investigates and solves problems that impact work processes and personnel in multiple units or departments; develops and communicates a vision for a major segment of the organization.
  • Prior experience monitoring progress of departments or units toward divisional and company goals; monitoring all costs associated with assigned organizational unit; monitoring company-wide indicators such as market share and profitability; monitoring industry trends and external environment in areas relevant to the assigned organizational unit.
