Job Description
Senior Director, Implementation Partnerships
College Board – College, Career, and Digital Access
Remote

About the Team
The College, Career, and Digital Access team leads College Board efforts to increase acceptance and support for our programs, particularly Advanced Placement, among underrepresented communities, with an initial focus on Black families and students. The CCDA team strongly believes that underrepresented students should have access to and take advantage of advanced, college-level coursework in high school.
The CCDA team draws on data and evidence, as well as engagement with Black families, educators, and community leaders, to illustrate the benefits of taking and succeeding in advanced, college-level coursework while in in high school. CCDA partners with teams across the organization to design strategy and serve as a force multiplier for their work with underrepresented communities.
Through regular travel and convening, CCDA builds enduring, productive relationships with advocacy groups and anchor institutions in the Black community, cultivating new allies and bolstering existing relationships. Members of the team listen to the needs of underrepresented students and communities of color. By deeply engaging with both the grassroots and leadership of these communities, CCDA can better understand what levers can be effectively pulled to give students the opportunity to succeed.

  • Develop and maintain relationship management database to ensure consistent, timely, and thorough outreach to partners
  • Design strategy to deepen engagement with underrepresented communities with a short-term focus on the Black community and a long-term focus on additional underrepresented communities
  • Cultivate relationships with key organizations in the Black community (e.g. faith based organizations; Divine 9; Jack and Jill; Links) to support our efforts to increase access to advanced coursework
About You
