Entegris is seeking a dynamic leader for the role of Sr. Director, Global Supply Chain Planning. This position will enable Entegris’ global supply chain and business objectives to be achieved, while satisfying some of the world’s largest and most demanding semiconductor customers.

As the company accelerates its growth organically and through M&A’s, the ideal candidate will have the expertise to shape the Planning strategy and be a change agent in driving supply chain optimization. This role can be located in either Chaska, MN; Aurora, IL; Round Rock, TX or Billerica, MA and will report to the VP of Global Supply Chain.

In this role you will:

• Provide support and leadership on our End-to-End Supply Chain Improvement strategy including improving our collaboration across divisions and functions as well as innovations to improve our planning capabilities and implement best practices including advanced analytics, supply chain visibility, and the technology roadmap for planning.
• Identify new opportunities for supply chain performance improvements and determines the supply chain strategies which will result in world-class supply chain performance. Play a pivotal leadership role in customer centricity, scalability and efficiency strategies by driving a standard across the company leveraging Planning best practices within a high mix, low volume complex product portfolio. Use thought leadership to anticipate future needs and changes that may be required.
• Monitor performance across the supply chain from supply side manufacturing through distribution channels to customers and address opportunities for improvements.
• Global process owner for Supply Chain planning including production planning. Continually evolve our standard processes and approach to meet
• Demand plan into a network supply plan that is aligned with the business strategy.
• Achieve divisional Performance Metric goals/objectives (On Time Shipping, Backlog, Days on Hand inventory, FG Scrap/E&O). Understand and support global supply chain strategy development and execution ensuring growth opportunities are fully supported.
• Strategic objectives as we grow, including decision making support via scenarios/simulation.
• As an integral player in the Entegris’ monthly Global SIOP process, lead your team to support the process by collaborating with cross-functional partners (operations, sourcing/procurement, etc.) to identify constraints and assist in translating the
• Challenge the organization to strive for continuous improvement including cross functional work on Value Improvement Projects.
• Provide strategic leadership and work direction to the Global Supply Chain Managers , Supply Network Planners, and Distribution Planners as well as standard work for Production Planners in support of our company’sgrowth and customer experience. The Supply Chain Planning team includes ~45 people who are geographically distributed and work in tandem with all Divisions and Factories.
• Manage inventory to an optimum level ensuring profitable revenue capture and growth for the business without service level interruptions. In partnership with the Divisions, oversee corporate inventory performance including customer stocking program strategy, multi-echelon supply planning strategy, and E&O minimization.

• Technical aptitude in SAP’s IBP tool and process, plus experience with SAP ECC6 & S4 and related support systems preferred.

• Lead behavioral and cultural change through a supportive, collaborative and highly inclusive environment.
• Bachelor’s degree at a minimum, with an advanced degree preferred.
• Leverages market intelligence to inform business planning and optimize decision making.
• Leverage business and financial acumen to enable fast identification of business challenges, delivery of results and generation of business value.
• Effectively communicate with and influence both technical and nontechnical audiences at all levels of the company.
• Willingness and availability to travel as needed to support job scope.
• Recognized self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and seeks the challenge of winning in a rapidly changing marketplace.
• Pursues alternative solutions, works well in group problem solving situations, presents ideas and information in a compelling way. Solid analytical skills and solution-driven thinking, using intuition and experience to complement data.
• Track record of building high performance teams with effective transition change management in multiple geographies, communicating and working effectively across different cultures.
• 15+ years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning or in combination with other Supply Chain and Operations roles.
• Demonstrated leadership in transforming a complex manufacturing supply chain.
• Strong process orientation and track record of reducing costs, improving profits and streamlining to achieve financial improvements.
• Experience collaborating with and influencing partners to accomplish short and long-term business goals.
