Job Description

Core Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to lead the development and execution of supply chain strategies and business processes to fully operationalize end-to-end supply chain capabilities. This role is transformational, forward looking in thinking and insight, anticipating the needs of supply chain planning and development in the future to derive supply chain excellence. It’s a key enabler for the future ready supply chain considerations in the end-to-end value chain.
  • Support Head of Americas Supply Chain Operations in driving ad-hoc projects.
  • Represent Supply chain Operations in cross functional working groups and drive supply chain strategies through conceptualization, designing solutions/ approaches and implementation in both green field and brown field projects.
  • Lead the development of supply chain roadmap aligned with the LEGO Group’s aspirations.
  • Support AMS Supply Chain Operations through analysis, project management, and reporting.
  • Improve existing and implement new processes to improve service, cost and inventory health through review and identification of hot spots and opportunities.
  • Lead and participate in local and global Projects.
  • Ensure supply chain value proposition and go to market approach align with market needs.
  • Lead and participate in new global planning systems projects.
  • Drive and support the development of supply chain capabilities for the community that is globally aligned across Operations.
Play your part in our team succeeding
With context to the 2023 Commercial Plan aspirations, this role is to represent Supply Chain Operations in many of its plans and projects (such as Ecommerce strategy) to redefine, develop and implement supply chain planning, operations strategies and actions.
The complexity of the role will also increase in the scope of new projects, in its form of connecting across multiple layers and levels of stakeholders (vertically and horizontally) navigating and leading others through highly ambiguous projects in complex markets/channels.
Do you have what it takes?
  • Solid understanding of supply chain operations including key processes, applications, external trends and market dynamics.
  • Good working knowledge and approach on analytics storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, visual and spoken)
  • Proven ability to develop successful cross functional partnerships and collaborations with relevant stakeholders to deliver supply chain solutions in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to demonstrate cultural awareness, leadership and agility

New Location Update
This position will initially be based at our LEGO Education office at Boylston St, Back Bay, Boston before moving to a new central Boston office location by the end of 2026. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
