SENIOR DIRECTOR - FINANCE & ANALYTICS

Now recruiting on behalf of high growth software company for a Senior Director of Finance & Data Analytics. The company is located in the northeast and open to both local candidates and those who are remote and willing to travel 50% initially and then just 1-2 times/quarter thereafter. Backed by a top private equity firm, they are positioned for continual growth and have a very profitable business model. The Senior Director of Finance & Analytics will be responsible for financial reporting, KPI development, business intelligence, data analytics, business case development, SQL queries, enhancing financial systems tools for reporting and analysis, dashboard development and reporting, leading automation efforts, driving initiatives and projects, and supporting ongoing M&A.

The right candidate for the Senior Director of Finance & Analytics role will have:

• Bachelor's in Finance (or related); MBA from top program preferred
• Superior systems skills, including hands on SQL expertise, proficiency with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI)
• Preference given to those with experience in mid-sized, growth companies.
• Experience in the Tech, FinTech, and/or SaaS industries
• Superior communication skills, with a track record of "telling the story" of the data to senior leadership.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience; including experience doing corporate level strategic finance.

Open to candidates on the East Coast who are willing to travel 15-20%
