Senior Designer Jobs

Heavy Content Studios is seeking a full-time Senior Designer to join and help guide our growing and talented team. You will provide our creative team with direction and ideas to build new brands, film, print, and interactive projects that service a mix of well known university, athletic, and consumer brands.
Our team is close and fun in spite of the fact that we are all fully remote. We ask that you are available to work on eastern standard time wherever you’re located and be fun to work with. We promise to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
- Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Design unique and well-crafted design that meet clients’ needs as well as our own
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
-Train and guide others into accomplished professionals
- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a great person
- Hands on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
- Outstanding leadership and organization skills
