This position is full - time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules between the hours of 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM after training including the flexibility to work between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM during training based on business need. Our office is located at 5130 SUNFOREST DR, STE. 200, TAMPA, FL, 33634.
We offer 3 weeks of training. The hours during training will be 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Primary Responsibilities

• Takes initiative and requires little assistance with standard and non - standard requests
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
• Ability to easily adapt to changing environment and priorities
• Ability to effectively multi tasks and prioritize
• Works with others as part of a team
• Conducts system research to support appropriate mailing of documents/correspondence
• Accepts responsibility and accountability for all decisions and completed duties

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of experience with office skills, which includes typing, filing, researching on our internal systems and the internet; ability to type at the speed of 35+ WPM (words per minute)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel)
• Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules between the hours of 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM from Monday - Friday after training including the flexibility to work between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM during training based on business need
• 2+ years of experience in Data Entry

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service skills
• System knowledge UNET and CDB
• Microsoft SharePoint experience
• HIPPA knowledge
• Medical OR Healthcare experience
