Senior Change Management Specialist HR focus

This person would support the rollout of our new corporate values.These values have been developed by our Values Project Team and aligned with our company executives.We now need to develop a very robust strategy to rollout and embed these values to our global employees.

Project Requirements and Activities:

• Plan communications and global marketing efforts with our Communications Team.
• Determine what training is needed in each region to support program development (ie Manager Training and Support Program). This training will be completed in conjunction with the Values Project team.
• As part of the integration, our HR Systems will need to recognize people for demonstrating these values, and hold people accountable when they do not demonstrate or uphold our values.
• Determine how we will integrate our Corporate Values into all of our existing HR systems. These HR Systems include performance appraisals, recognition programs, recruiting and onboarding new employees.
• Develop a strategy to rollout these values to employees.

Required Experience:

• Experience rolling out Corporate Values in a global company.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills required and the ability to communicate within a highly complex change environment
• 10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with various global stakeholders
• Exceptional ability to respond in thoughtful manner and consider broader implications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a fast-paced project environment
• Outstanding organizational and planning skills with the capability to manage competing priorities.
