We’re seeking an Senior Architectural Designer to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination with in-house engineering and other external consultants
- Collaborate with project architect, project manager and other team members
- Lead feasibility studies and graphics in support of projects
- Mentor junior staff with an emphasis in becoming licensed and growth into project architect role
- Lead architectural team in coordinating and executing design documents across all project phases in Revit
- 2-days minimum of in-office participation, full-time in office available
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
- 2-days minimum of in-office participation, full-time in office available
- Revit proficiency, candidate must be able to utilize software independently in producing documents
- Experience in designing and detailing within Type I and Type II construction
- Experience with current buildings codes, not limited to IBC and NFPA 101
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer
