As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing our MarTech solutions for MileagPlus. You will work closely with our development team and other stakeholders from Marketing & Loyalty organization to understand the requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Your expertise in the Media and AdTech areas will be a valuable asset in this role. This position will have a solid focus on both implementing new enterprise technology needed to support MileagePlus as well as partnering with enterprise teams to advance the data technology ecosystem to support MileagePlus endeavors on customer data.

- Design and develop scalable MarTech solutions that meet business requirements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in MarTech and AdTech
- Understanding the business needs of the organization and translating those needs into technical requirements
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team
- Strategic – The ability to visualize and plan for outcomes in the future, and sustain work in achieving the outcomes. Involves an ability to support short-term trade-offs in order to achieve longer term gain

Qualifications
Qualifications Required:
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience in leading technical staff or coordinating work across multiple technology teams
- 8+ years of experience with minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with designing large-scale, complex software applications and systems
- Strong coding skills in Java, Python, or similar programming languages
- Experience with cloud computing and cloud-based architecture
- Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns
- Master's degree in Computer science or related field
- Experience in media or advertising technology.
- Experience with data warehouse, MDM, ODS, customer data platforms.
