Job Description

NetraScale is entering an exciting new phase centered on digital innovation, risk management, and value creation.


If you are intellectually curious, enjoy building transformative AI/ML solutions, and can spare a few hours each week, this part-time role could be for you.


You’ll design high-impact AI/ML solutions to help our end users secure and optimize business workflows, efficiently manipulate large datasets and make intuitive architectural and data engineering decisions.


This is an equity-only, part-time (6-8 hours), 100% remote position, and you'll be working with a talented international team.


Requirements:


  • A strong communicator, willing to take ownership and conduct product demos.
  • Generating synthetic test data.
  • Demonstrable problem solving skills.
  • Adept at choosing the right tools for the job, including design, development, and testing phases.
  • Solid experience in at least one highly regulated sector.
  • Experienced in AI / ML, Big Data, TensorFlow, R, Python, APIs.
  • Identifying and fixing bias in AI/ML models.
