Job Description
Assists processing and supervision of the Admissions and Student Records department


  • Assists with the development and maintenance of degree audits.
  • Assists in the evaluation of graduation checks as appropriate for students upon their request.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Evaluates transcripts of admitted students.
  • Assists in the supervision of issuance transcripts for students upon their request.
  • Assists in the processing of applications for admission and other record keeping tasks in student records.
  • Assists with developing and implementing appropriate goals and objectives in the College's Long-Range Plan.
  • Assists in coordinating the admissions and records clerical functions to assure compliance with rules and procedures.
  • Assists in the residency determination of applicants for admission to the College.


Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution. Computer experience and customer service skills. Proven ability in dealing successfully with students and general public. Occasionally, must work one evening per week.
