Job Description

Looking for a high-level acquisition professional to join a growing development team with plenty of growth potential. The right candidate will strongly understand commercial real estate, land, and building acquisitions.


  • Those who are deal-oriented and understand the dynamics and challenges of the local land market in the current real estate climate will be challenged and feel rewarded in this role
  • Participate in due diligence, including concept land planning, environmental, utility system, and title analysis
  • Conducting land analysis, market research, and feasibility reports
  • Work autonomously to negotiate land acquisitions, perform sophisticated land use and financial analysis, and negotiate purchase agreements
  • Maintain close relationships with land developers, brokers, and land owners
  • Negotiate purchase contracts with sellers
  • Underwrite and analyze the financial aspects of each development opportunity
