They are in search of a Staff Accountant who will assist in closing the Corporate GL and producing monthly financial statements for the corporate entity.

Staff Accountant Responsibilities

• Preparing general ledger entries and supporting the monthly close effort
• Updating budgets and forecasts for non-operating expenses
• Reviewing and reconciling development/construction draw activities and record related entries to a general ledger
• Assisting in preparing the monthly and quarterly combined corporate financial statement

Staff Accountant Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an accounting concentration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must-have.
• Detail-oriented with great communication and organizational skills
• Prior experience with Yardi & SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (Outlooksoft) is a plus but not required
