Responsibilities:
As the Access Control Supervisor for an Arcfield managed King of Prussia, PA secure facility, the selectee will be responsible for the overall success and management of the site’s 24/7 access control program. They will manage and be supported by a team of cleared Access Control/Security Guards. And they will be required and/or responsible for the following.
  • Forge and maintain partnerships with other industry partners and government agencies, in the best interests of Arcfield.
  • Manage performance evaluations and assessments of security personnel. And initiate promotions, employee recognitions, or disciplinary measures as appropriate.
  • Support various audits, including ISAP, SCIF Blitz, IPAR, and UL audits.
  • Provide training and mentorship to subordinate staff.
  • Conduct security system designs, upgrades, and installation reviews as needed.
  • Perform video investigations and data retrieval as needed for security, safety, criminal and operational investigations throughout assigned areas; and produce subsequent reports as needed.
  • Provide the staffing support and management of the company’s 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC).
  • Supervise and oversee the day-to-day security functions of the organization within the secure site.
  • Oversee SCIF, SAPF, and Closed area construction or repair activities as, or when needed.
  • Support procurement actions as needed for the security organization.
  • Serve as the site’s supervisory point of contact for appropriate materials and/or classified destruction needs.
  • Support the site’s, and the corporate office’s credentialing and badging services as needed.
  • Collaborate regularly with company facilities and real estate personnel to ensure for a compliant, safe, and functional environment within the site that meet’s company mission needs.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external customers, to provide dynamic security service capabilities as needed.
  • Demonstrate an advanced understanding and experience with applicable policies, regulations and laws that support US government classified national security procedures and programs.
  • Derive and manage work schedules for security staff.
  • Conduct and/or participates in security Self-Inspections as needed.
  • Serve as a collaborative member of the enterprise security program’s leadership team to ensure success of the security mission for Arcfield.
  • Lead a team of experienced and cleared Access Control/Security Guards.
  • Closely monitor daily facility activities, unusual behavior, and improper conduct; and develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts, and other risks.
  • Approve timecards, payroll actions, and requests for leave or special assignments.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in leading/delivering multidisciplinary security programs that encompass physical security.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and to deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to provide leadership, oversight, and direction in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to communicate at various levels of an organization to gain direction, insights, and requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong teams, recruit top talent, and develop colleagues at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience/success in planning and executing projects and initiatives for large scale companies and cleared populations.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and actively participate within senior leadership teams.
  • BS with 8-10 years of experience, MS with 6-8 years of experience, or PhD with 3-5 years of experience is preferred. However, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Must possess and be able to maintain Top Secret/SCI security clearance, with Poly requirements.
