Essentra is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Erie, PA. In your role as a Warehouse Office Associate, you would be responsible for satisfying customers' shipping and handling expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the Company in a professional & appropriate manner in all situations.
• Work with DC Manager as part of the wider Erie Management team, to create & maintain an effective, safe, and enjoyable work environment for all employees
• Utilize own expertise & experience to resolve problems
• Proactively Identify and implement functional improvements - process, system and data - in line with the Company’s objectives
• Contribute to a site-wide focus on quality; with particular focus within own function to order accuracy, product packaging & documentation, and overall presentation to customer
• Maintain a continued focus on improving on-time in full dispatch (OTIF %) of orders to all customers
• Liaise with Sales/CSRs across AMERS region to ensure Customer needs and continually met. Work closely on new and/or major customer accounts where additional requirements are needed
• Conduct regular reviews with all team members focused on performance objectives and personal development. Where appropriate establish individual development plans with team
• Actively drive the training & development of team members to create a multi-skilled team capable of supporting each other in completing all functional tasks
• Establish a ‘safety first’ culture to all warehouse activities, whether within own function or others

Who we are looking for:

• Experience with operating with a high-volume of product lines
• Excellent verbal & written skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP software
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Shipping & receiving knowledge.
