Regions is seeking an experienced and engaged leader to join our team as a Scheduling Supervisor to supervise our scheduling teams at both the Cancer Care Center at Regions and the Coon Rapids clinic. Under the direction the Operations Manager, this position will supervise and manage day-to-day operations for Regions Hospital ambulatory coordinator staff. In conjunction with Oncology leadership, this position hires, trains, directs, supports, and monitors the work of all Ambulatory Coordinators in the Cancer Center. The supervisor will assist in the development of department policies and procedures, demonstrate knowledge of Cancer Care Dept’s goals, strategic plans, and functions, and will recommend changes to improve service delivery. This position will also be involved with projects/initiatives related to ambulatory coordinator workflows.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, may need to work weekends if there is an ill call (Sat/Sun 8:00 am-12:00 pm)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field or 6 years of job-related experience may substitute.
Two (2) years of work experience in the health care industry with a focus on customer service, clinic operations or related experience

Previous supervisory experience
