Description

United Connections Health Center is a mental health practice with offices. We are seeking a new full-time team member in our scheduling department responsible for scheduling new patient appointments via email and phone, communicating with patients about billing matters, explaining insurance benefits, and collecting necessary patient documents.

Required qualifications:

·Office work experience

·Experience with data entry

·Experience with personal computers using Microsoft Office products

Requirements:

·Previous work experience within the medical field, ideally within mental health (preferred)

·Working knowledge of health insurance

·Working knowledge of HIPAA (preferred)

·Excellent customer service skills

·2 - 3 years of experience working in a professional office setting

·Strong verbal and writing skills
