Scheduler, Skilled Nursing Staff

We Are Inspired to Serve. Join us! Covenant Living at The Samarkand is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator. This position is responsible staff schedule duty for a 63 bed skilled nursing.
In this role, the Scheduling Coordinator will:
Schedule CNAs to assure that staffing levels are correctly maintained according to regulatory standards, company budget, and patent comfort. This involves setting schedules, assuring coverage for planned time off and for call offs.
Complete required documentation on a timely basis.
The ideal candidate will have:
High school graduate of equivalent.
Computer skills
attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work without direct supervision.
Fluent in English. Exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Compensation Pay Range: $22 - $25
