Scheduler Medical-Education Clinic Plaza

The Opportunity:
We are hiring a full-time scheduler for our Plaza Medical Education Internal Medicine Clinic.
The Shift
This is a full-time day shift positon working Monday through Friday
The Work

• Providing patient instructions
• This position will answer calls coming into the clinic
• Participates in timely efficient workflow
• Proactively problem-solving concerns and issues
• Will cross train and back-up to front desk as needed
• Position provides excellent customer service to patients, families, physicians, physician offices, the community and internal departments throughout SLHS
• Scheduling appointments, determining financial accountability, providing information about upcoming appointments
• Demonstrates quality customer service.
• Able to answer scheduling calls with minimal support.
