Job Summary: Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and extroverted sales representative to join our team and promote our dry ice blasting services to car enthusiasts, car collectors, dealers and more. As a sales representative, you will be able to work on your own schedule as office presence is not needed. You will be responsible for generating new business leads and maintaining existing relationships with customers in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and reach out to potential customers in the automotive industry, including car dealerships, car detailing businesses, individual car collectors, car clubs, etc.
· Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to ensure repeat business and generate referrals.
· Be creative; use your own intuition to generate leads and close sales
· Educate customers on the benefits of dry ice blasting for cleaning and preserving their cars, highlighting its effectiveness, safety, and how it adds value to their car(s).
· Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value of our services to customers.
· Attend industry events and car shows to represent our company and promote our services.
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies and remain competitive in the market.

Requirements:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
· Excellent presentation with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
· Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
· Valid driver's license

Commission Rate: Our sales team will earn a commission on all sales generated based on the following structure:
20% commission on all new business generated
Sales reps will be paid a draw of $2,500.00 at the beginning of each month.
Based on our average cost of services, we expect our sales reps to earn $8,000-$10,000 a month in commission earnings.
In addition to the commission structure, we offer bonuses and incentives for exceeding sales targets and achieving exceptional performance.
