Location: Miami, FL

Employment Type: Commission-Based Pay

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation: Actively seek out and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms, and local marketing initiatives. Your primary goal will be to increase our customer base and expand our market presence.
  2. Customer Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide them with suitable cleaning solutions tailored to their requirements. Conduct in-person or virtual meetings to present our services, address queries, and negotiate contracts.
  3. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Foster trust and rapport to encourage repeat business and secure long-term partnerships.
  4. Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market demands. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of competitive strategies.
  5. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using our CRM system. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to assess sales performance and forecast future sales opportunities.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our cleaning team to ensure seamless service delivery, customer satisfaction, and to address any customer concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and acquiring new customers in a competitive environment. Experience in the cleaning industry or related field will be advantageous.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate our services effectively and build positive relationships with clients.
  3. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  4. Self-Motivated: A proactive, results-driven individual who can work independently and take ownership of sales goals.
  5. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  6. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Miami area and an understanding of local business trends and demographics.
  7. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems to manage sales activities and reporting.
  8. Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
