Shopping Mall in Clearwater, Florida (On-site)


Ancora Bambolla is a women fashion and beauty brand. Ancora Bambolla carries hand crafted garments, such as dresses, gowns, blouses, denim, intimates, swimwear, and winter wear. Customers can shop for a variety of garments for any occasion. All garments are designed by seamstresses. Ancora Bambolla carries lab made beauty products. The different beauty products the brand sells are all thought out, including the ingredients. The formulas made are all skin friendly. There is a variety of beauty products to choose from. The beauty products are made to benefit buyers, especially in the area of up-keep.


The brand Ancora Bambolla is collaborative. Employees all work together. The working environment caters to employees. There are resources for employees to use during work. There is parking on-site. There is training for new hires. This is to help with developing skills. Training will also teach the basics of retail to help sales members complete job responsibilities.


Job Responsibilities:


  • A sales person m onitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • A sales person m aintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • A sales person customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
  • A sales person r esolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • A sales person p rovides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • A sales person s ubmits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • A sales person f ocuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • A sales person k eeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • A sales person r ecommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • A sales person services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • A sales person Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • A sales person c ontributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Work Hours and Benefits:


This position requires the salesperson to work from 10 AM To 8 PM. There is paid lunch. If there are family emergencies ‘family leave’ is okay. Employee wages are salary. The base salary of a sales member is 100,000k a year.

Education, Experience, And Licensing Requirements:

  • BA/BS University degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
