Job Description
Position: Salesforce Data Entry Coordinator
Location : Remote
Job Type : Contract
Duration : 1 year

Key Functions:
  • Communicates regularly with the Salesforce.com and Apttus/Conga end users to support them in their role and provide information and training on new features and functionality.
  • Develop reporting related to market share, customer segmentation and DHC data
  • Align external provider data with our SAP/Salesforce customer database to gain market insights
  • Responsible for Maintaining updated system documentation for Apttus and Salesforce.com policies/procedures and training
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Master data analysis and process improvement to support greater accuracy of our machine revenue forecast.
  • Experience in a sales operations or support role
