Job Description

A fast-growing start-up has an opening for a junior admin/data entry specialist to join its growing team!

This role is a perfect next step for someone with a year of experience working in an administrative or customer service capacity. Tons of room for growth, great benefits, and a hybrid schedule located in downtown Boston!

Responsibilities will include reviewing customer paperwork for accuracy, mailing to appropriate recipients, updating customer records, working with various vendors to ensure accuracy and completion of paperwork, being in contact with customers through the process, and helping with other projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Great attention to detail
  • 1+ year experience in an admin/data entry role
