Job Description

TEMPORARY DATA SCANNER & DATA ENTRY POSITION

This role performs services as they relate to the digitization (scanning) and preservation of documents. This position follows clearly detailed specific procedures in completing several repetitive clerical steps performed in a sequence.

Job Functions:
– Disassemble and reassemble patient charts, preserving the order of documents
– Process documents through a high-speed scanner
– Data entry of scanned documents
– Must meet confidentiality requirements to maintain patient data privacy

Responsibilities and Requirements:
– Understand and able to follow processes and procedures
– Ability to concentrate on fine details and focus during repetitive tasks
– Basic computer/keyboard skills; Understand how to navigate through a Windows environment
– Good organizational skills

Job Type: PRN to part time.
