The Salesforce Administrator II is responsible for the ideation and configuration of improvements within Salesforce. This role will ensure full utilization and tailoring of the platform to match and support business objectives, using agile techniques and strategies. This role will review and analyze business processes, services and information needs while also implementing changes within the system with the goal to improve the user experience and increase productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze site metrics, system performance, and user activity.
  • Assess project requirements and identify suitable resources, internal or external.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences, reduced costs, and time impacts.
  • Develop cost analysis, design considerations, and implementation timelines.
  • Partner with QA resources to create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met.
  • Develop complex reports and dashboards to support the delivery of business key metrics.
  • Oversee all system maintenance and configuration, including user set up, roles, profiles, permission sets, groups, queues, workflows and validation rules, custom objects, and fields.
  • Perform new release evaluations and execute new functionality rollouts.
  • Mentor junior members of the team in Salesforce skills
  • Utilize and champion agile techniques to deliver on competing requirements
  • Interact with third party vendors and developers where appropriate
  • Provide expert support to key stakeholders in managing system and process changes, including producing as-is and to-be process maps.
  • Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved.
  • Provide expert advice on application solutions.
  • Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements.
  • Lead Salesforce projects and initiatives
  • Produce and distribute release notes for both internal releases and Salesforce seasonal releases.
  • Regularly audit data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvements.
  • Identify and develop super-user knowledge and capabilities across the business
  • Produce functional, technical and system design documentation.
  • Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality rollouts.
  • Conduct feasibility studies of applications and system solutions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve user experiences and increase efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Holds one or more of the following Salesforce Certificates
    • Administrator
    • Advanced Administrator
    • Service Cloud Consultant
    • Sales Cloud Consultant
    • Business Analyst
  • 5-7 years of Salesforce Administration or Salesforce Business Analyst experience
  • Advanced Administrator
  • Business Analyst
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Administrator
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the full SDLC and agile methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and Force.com platform
    • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Order Management, Reports & Dashboards preferred.
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Order Management, Reports & Dashboards preferred.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining system processes and procedures.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and discussion sessions.
  • Extensive experience in data modelling, process mapping, and specification documentation
  • Experience completing projects on time, on budget, and to specification requirements.
