Job Description
We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our growing sales teams in Ann Arbor and Canton! If you're looking for a fast paced, fun work environment where you get to meet new people everyday and hard work is rewarded, apply now. The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the Sales & General Manager with new membership sales, client retention, and day to day studio operations. Pilates fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required. Compensation & Perks: * $13.00 - $18.00 per hour plus sales commissions and bonus


  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
  • Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
  • Free Pilates classes
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
  • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone
  • Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production

  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
