BAGGU is hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator!

BAGGU is looking for a Full-Time Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing Sales Team in San Francisco. As our Sales Ops Coordinator you’ll be responsible for the Operations side of our B2B order workflow, troubleshooting order processing issues as they arise, and actively coordinating between our Sales and Ops.

Responsibilities:

• General Sales Ops administrative duties: updating and maintaining sales dashes and reporting support, and other project support as needed.
• Executes vendor specific tasks: Manages vendor specific portals, PO placement systems, and spec sheets.
• Prepare B2B orders for shipment (order adjustments, troubleshoot and audit vendor POs)
• Project manages Sales workflows
• Coordinates sales samples

Qualifications

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Interest in B2B sales
• Project Management experience
• Excellent writing and communications skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization

Pay Transparency:

• Full-Time Salaried Exempt
• Base salary of $70k/yr

About:

This role is open to candidates located in CA, UT, OH, or NY.

Our team works 10am to 6pm Pacific.

This role has the option of working remotely. But if you’re local to the Bay Area (or visiting) you are welcome to work from our San Francisco Dogpatch studio whenever you like. At our Studio you'll find beautiful light, adjustable height desks, fancy office chairs and seltzer water on tap.
