Ideal candidate has excellent deal closing skills, and ability to create & manufacture car deals.

The ideal candidate has excellent people skills, works effectively with customers, staff and management, and has the organizational skills needed to keep the department

operating smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory
• Track and report sales
• Support and train individual salespeople, personally assist in closing sales
• Work effectively with factory personnel
• Desk deals, take TO’s, and Close deals
• Direct, motivate and grow a team of sales professionals
• Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Oversee the sales process

Qualifications:

• Willingness to work Saturdays and attend special events when needed
• The organizational skills needed to keep the department running smoothly
• Commitment to treat customers and employees with respect and fairness
• Proficient with CRM, Appraisal and DMS software programs
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
• Experienced sales or F&I manager with ability to create and close deals
• Valid/clean drivers’ license and background check
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on presentation
