Consumer, Medical & Information Technologies (CMIT) business provides certification, testing, inspection, verification, consulting and training services related to traditional consumer electronics products and the latest categories of products (such as wearable devices and networked cars), small household appliances and medical devices. We can provide comprehensive and applicable safety and regulatory requirements support for innovative products and technologies, provide pre conformance testing at the design and development stage to identify potential compliance problems, and formulate targeted testing plans for all target markets. UL Solutions' CMIT business has helped many manufacturers improve product safety, comply with regulations and industry requirements, bring innovative technologies and electronic products to the market, and meet consumers' requirements for product reliability and performance.
What you’ll learn & achieve::

The Medical Sales Manager is responsible for the management of Medical sales directly to end users of ULs products or services in a large specified geographic area, and/or is responsible for a specific industry or product segment on a national or geographic area.

  • Develop and motivate sales professionals by coaching and transferring the knowledge of sales techniques, service offerings, and industry knowledge to the sales team to drive results
  • Lead client engagement by developing and managing relationships at the middle management and key decision maker levels for large and medium customers
  • Manage Medical sales transaction pipelines and forecasting
  • This job is 100% remote
  • Manage the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to
  • Stay up to date with and understand latest market developments and trends

Total Rewards: The target annual pay range for this position is $160 - $174K which includes a base salary of $110-$120K and 100% on target performance.

Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the UL Solutions Sales Incentive Plan. The annual target incentive for this position is 45% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.

We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
